POS Counter USB Dot Matrix Printer issue
Facing issue while getting POS Counter MPCM receipt after fresh/backup installation of POS server?
Open POS Back Office,
Go to Configuration - Counter Configuration,
Select Counter Number: POS Counter number where issue persists.
Select Configuration as: "Is USB Printer" set as True
If it is already at True, set it to False and save, then again set it as True and then save.
Now try printing at same POS Counter number, issue will get resolved.
