Printer sharing issues all Windows OS

Run CMD as administrator rights.

Run the following commands in Command Prompt for RPC:

reg add HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\ /v  RpcAuthnLevelPrivacyEnabled /t  REG_DWORD /d  0

Restart Printer Spooler in services.msc

Do the same in both PCs.

Done, try connecting printer through network.
