The below process to initiate only the packets are in uploaded state. Stop all Aadhaar related services in Services.msc such as Aadhaar Enrolment Client, Aadhaar Multiplatform Devices and Aadhaar QSSITV services etc. Close Aadhaar Enrolment Client Application/ECA if opened. Open My computer/This PC. Go to drive C. Open UID Authority of India\Aadhaar folder. Backup Aadhaar Folder into Some other drive Open "Data" folder. Rename the packets-auto folder to packets-auto_old. Close. Start all the services related to Aadhaar as mentioned above.
